We don’t charge you a single penny unless we recover benefits for you!
Our office, Babinsky Legal, LLC works on a contingency fee basis. What this means is that you don’t owe us any money unless we recover insurance benefits for you. The contingency fee method of attorney fee payment allows people to be able to have access to quality legal representation. It serves to level the playing field between policyholders and large insurance companies. Now you have the power to fight back against unfair claim denials and delays! Insurance companies have lawyers on their side and you can too.
There are two ways we get paid:
- Recovery of Benefits Without Filing Suit – First, please know that there is no claim too small. Whether you are owed thousands or pennies, we will fight for what you are owed. You have paid for an insurance policy and you are entitled to every penny for benefits you have faithfully paid for. If we recover benefits for you without the necessity of filing a lawsuit, we charge 20% of any benefits recovered. That’s it. There are no other charges.
- Recovery of Benefits After Filing Suit – Again, there is no case too small. If necessary, we will file suit for any amount you are owed under your policy.
- All benefits recovered as a result of a lawsuit belong to you – Any and all insurance benefits recovered after the filing of a lawsuit go directly to you. We don’t take any percentage of those benefit as part of our fee.
- Who pays for the costs of filing a lawsuit? – We do. You will not be responsible for paying any of the costs of filing a lawsuit. We pay for everything. If experts are needed to present your case we will pay for that as well. We pay ALL lawsuit related costs and fees.
- How we get paid after filing suit - If we recover benefits for you after filing suit, under Florida law, the insurance company is required to pay any costs related to the lawsuit as well as a reasonable attorney’s fee. We will collect our fees and costs from the insurance company and not from you.
