Welcome to Babinsky Legal, LLC, Florida’s first law firm dedicated to the representation of pet owners in pet insurance claim disputes.
Our practice was born out of the growing consumer need for competent and experienced legal representation in the fast growing, but largely unregulated Pet Insurance Industry. Pet Insurance consumers are often confused or unsure as to what their rights and obligations are under their policy.
It is our mission and goal to guide our clients through the often confusing claims process to ensure that they get what they are entitled to under their pet insurance policy.
Increasingly, pet Insurance companies are often attempting to justify denials or reduced payments based on complicated, poorly written, and vague language in pet insurance policies. We are dedicated to ensuring that our clients have competent and dedicated legal representation to fight back against improperly denied or reduced claims.
Insurance companies have lawyers to protect them and so should you! Best of all, we don’t pay us a single cent unless we recover monies for you. Guaranteed.
The attorneys at Babinsky Legal, LLC have extensive experience in the insurance law. Experience matters when fighting for your legal rights. Meet our attorneys below:

Mr. Babinsky has extensive experience in insurance litigation and his experience can help you navigate your insurance claim to a successful conclusion.

ARI D. NEIMAND, ESQ. - Mr. Neimand is a native Floridian licensed to practice in the State of Florida as well as the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Neimand has been licensed in Florida since 2012.
Mr. Neimand has dedicated his entire career to litigating insurance claims. After graduating from St. Thomas University School of Law as valedictorian of his class, Mr. Neimand began his career representing a large insurance company. Through his work defending insurance claims, Mr. Neimand became not only intimately familiar with the insurance industry as a whole, but also gained firsthand knowledge regarding how insurance companies handle claims.
During his tenure, Mr. Neimand has handled thousands of cases to resolution, including more than three dozen jury trials. In addition to insurance litigation, Mr. Neimand also has experience in class action litigation, general civil litigation, and contract disputes.
Mr. Neimand is the proud parent to an adopted calico cat named Topanga. Unfortunately, as a pet owner himself, Mr. Neimand knows first hand that sometimes pets get sick, resulting in exorbitant veterinary bills. Insurance is intended to relieve the pet owner from these unexpected out of pocket costs. The denial of pet insurance claims not only hurts the pet, but also the pet owner. Mr. Neimand has spent years fighting for the insurance company and has now turned his focus to pursue his passion to fight for those who cannot fight for themselves--pets.
